From a festival that takes place each year in Galveston Tx. called “Dickens on the Strand”. Each year the public is encouraged to dress in traditional garb dating back to the era of Charles Dickens “A Christmas Carol”. The “Strand” is a historical street in Galveston.

I wanted to go this year but missed it again. Cute kid!
