No YouTube for me

For some reason I can not create a YouTube.com account. What do they mean I am ineligible to register based on the information I provided? The only reason I wanted to create an account was the share a video clip on my blog here. Oh well..

Anyone else have this problem?

    Thanks for pointing this out.. along with hundreds of other people apparently. I CANNOT sign up… I tried at least ten times. Tried variations and different information… cannot do it.
