Gilmore Girls comes to an end

After 7 years, Gilmore Girls is no more. I loved the show for so long. This was Danielle and my Tuesday night ritual. We wouldn’t let Matt talk between 7 and 8 unless he was sitting and watching with us and was asking questions about the show.

Lately we have been having to watch the show later in the evening or even days later because between 5-8pm, our house is just busy busy. Danielle and I rushed home to see the show on time at 7pm only to find our Dish Network was getting some kind of update we couldn’t cancel. Argh! We called my neighbor Pam and her husband let us come over and watch the show in their office.

We arrived about 10 minutes into the show. I must add that I also got my new Canon 30D DSLR camera and brought it with me to play with. We watched and we played with the camera and then it was almost over. The last scene ended right where the show started, with Loralei, Rory and Luke.

It was pretty uneventful and I wasn’t all that impressed. I am glad the show is complete and we can move on but I am happy I watched the show for the last 6 years. Bye Girls!

    My husband (yes, my husband was into it) have wacthed it since Day 1 – and I am sad to see it go but also know that all good things must come to an end…
