10/27/2007 Bea as a Bee
This evening, we went to a halloween party for a child meet-and-play Meetup group. Lots of little kids in costumes. Beatrix went as a bee.
My friend Steven and Heather’s daughter Beatrix dressed as a Bea for Halloween! Obvious choice in costume. Too cute!

Boston Red Sox Win World Series

The Boston Red Sox celebrate after the final out in Game 4 of the baseball World Series against the Colorado Rockies Sunday, Oct. 28, 2007, at Coors Field in Denver. The Red Sox won 4-3 to sweep the series.
I am by no means a baseball fan but do watch here and there. Mason has been getting into baseball as well, as much as a two year old can. With his Uncle Chris in Boston and a Red Sox fan, I have been encouraging Mason watch.
Last night was the first game we were able to catch of the series and I didn’t realize the series was already 3-0 in Boston’s favor. We watched here and there and talked to Chris on the phone for a while too. Mason and I actually stopped watching before it was over. I was glad I woke up to find they won!

Happy Leopard Day!
I didn’t get my hands on the new Mac OS X Leopard yet, but hopefully soon. I have been reading great things about it, but just wanted to wait a bit. Remember, as much as I love Apple, I don’t buy things on launch day. I still don’t have an iPhone :( but that’s mostly AT&Ts fault.
