Not my photo but just something I found and loved on Flickr.
Never, ever the same
Some people come into our lives and quickly go. Some stay for a while, leave footprints on our hearts, and we are never, ever the same.
Friendships, relationships, are so fluid. When people come into your life you never know how long they will be here. If people leave too soon, sometimes that can be sad. I guess we just need to appreciate the time we have with the people we like and care about.
I love that I have met so many great people in Houston the past few years, met others throughout the country through the internet, but I am also so greatful for my old friends that have managed to stick with me after all these years! Thank you! You ROCK!
As we grew up and lost old school friends, we never knew that the internet and sites like Facebook would bring us back in touch with people from our past. Just just be thank for and more mindful for the people we have in our lives now, in the past and for the people we will meet in the future.
Now time to clean up to take Mason for Japanese for lunch, which means sushi for me :D
Blog Review: swissmiss
I thought I would share a little link love and start writing reviews on some of my favorite blogs. First up swissmiss.
Swissmiss is written by Tina Roth Eisenber. She is a Swiss designer currently living in New York City. I don’t know exactly how long I have been reading her blog but its been a good while. She features some of the best web sites, designy stuff, art, photography, and the coolest products. If you like well designed artsy items, please stop and visit, if you haven’t already done so. I read through a feed reader and never comment but really really should. I <3 it!
If you have anything you would like to submit to share with swissmiss, contact her at swissmissblog {at} gmail.com. She is also on twitter!

I need to …
… Stop Buying Crap! I don’t need to make any more money, I just need to get back to managing what comes in and what goes out better. Help me not buy stuff I don’t need please.
I should probably also stop eating crap too.
Got any tips to spend less? Please leave a comment.
