Onesome: Kidney–beans? Lima Beans? Pinto beans? Which legumes do you like to cook with? Hmmm… A hot pot of chili sounds good this week!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE black beans. Anytime, breakfast, lunch or dinner! Plain usually but also in black bean tacos! Yummy!
Twosome: Stones?– Monoliths? Pebbles? Do you use any of these in decorating? Heck, we’ll even count marbles in vases!
Not all all. We have wanted to but a big boulder like rock to put in our front yard and double as a bench but haven’t done it yet.
Threesome: and herbal remedies– Hey, there’s a good one: do you have any herbal remedies for us to try? Anything? I’m betting this bunch will have a trick or two to work with!
My 2YO son had been constipated so we are giving him mineral oil, per doctors recommendation. So far its been helping. Much better than chemical laxatives.

I don’t remember much of 25. I had been living in Houston for a few years and was preparing for my marriage. Not a bad time but for some reason, I just loved 26!
Twosome: or Six– ways to help yourself out? …or maybe just one? If you could send a piece of advice for yourself at twenty-five, what would it be? …and if you are twenty-five? Well, can the gang here answer any questions for you?

Threesome: to Four– pounds of See’s candy over the holidays? Did you survive ‘growing season’? How’s it looking out there? I’ve already seen the displays up for Valentine’s Day! Can we survive the constant onslaught of the chocolatiers?
I love love love Chocolate. I ate a ton of Williams-Sonoma Peppermint Bark as well as some other dark chocolate we got as a gift. A friend also bought me my favorite Cadbury Roses from London! Awesome stuff! Eating less in the new year.

::Better Late than Never!::
Onesome: Better– butter than margarine? …or Mayonnaise? What goes on your bread for sandwiches? How about dinner rolls? Honey, anyone?
I have been eating Egg Salad Sandwiches lately, at work and and at home. I make mine with mayo instead of Miracle whip. I don’t eat any lunch meat so no other kind of sandwiches besides veggie ones like PB&J or a panini with basil, tomato and cheese. On dinner rolls, I love real butter and honey too.
Twosome: Late– again! I think that’s something I do about once a year. May I blame it on Christmas cleaning? How about you: is your place all cleaned up from the paper-fest? …or can you even get to the door yet?
Yes, I clean up immediately after opening gifts. Trash is already on the curb, 3 days early from pick up day.
Threesome: than Never– again? Do you have any Christmas memories (this year or Christmas Pasts) that you’d just like to never repeat? I’m thinking humourous stories would be best!
I hope my husband actually calls his parents BEFORE Christmas to make plans with them instead of the day of. Trust me this caused a lot of problems and it wasn’t very humourous :(

Onesome: Angels– as tree topppers? …or spires? Stars? Bears? What do you like to use to set off that tree?
We have had a star for the past few years, even though it didn’t go with the theme. I think next year, I will go with an angel, more traditional.
Twosome: we have– heard you’re getting something special this year! Do you have any idea what any of your Christmas presents are going to be?
No, I have no idea what I will get. I bought myself a new tripod earlier this month. A new lens would be nice or cable release but no, no idea. Oh wait, I did ask my sister for a Lomo Diana camera, so maybe she will get it for me.
Threesome: …heard– the worst Christmas song ever this year? Which one is it for you? I mean that one that even if Aunt Martha is playing it on Christmas Eve puts you out on the porch!
I honestly haven’t heard that much Christmas music this year. I have been trying to play the Holiday music channel from satellite TV, but people in my house keep changing it. I like it all for the most part. Oh wait, does “There’s Always Tomorrow” from Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer count?

Onesome: Therapeutic– household addons: Do you use candles or aroma therapy or bath soaps or salts around your place?
I love to burn candles all over the house but my husband isn’t a huge fan. He thinks they are unsafe and that the black smoke will get the ceiling. The ceilings of our two story living room????
I also use air fresheners in the bathrooms and the kitchen after cooking.
Twosome: Moisturizing?– How’s the weather been? It’s the rainy season in the US; what’s happening where you live?
Its finally started to cool off a bit in Houston, Texas but today it was warm again. Houston weather changes so fast.
Threesome: Lotion– Since it’s Winter in the Northern Hemisphere, it’s dry skin time (yes, you too, Mark!). Do you have any hand lotion suggestions for the gang?
I use Aveda Hand lotion as well as Aveeno Baby body lotion! I love them both! My son doesn’t like lotion anymore so I use his.
