Gratitude
If only prayer you say in your whole life is “Thank You,” that would suffice.
Thank you for the air I breathe, the people I know the, knowledge I have, the food I eat, the shelter I am protected by.
Thank you for my parents, sisters, husband and kids.
Thank you for my shoes and clothing.
Thank you for my mind, no matter how screwed up I think it is.
Thank you for quiet,
thank you for peace,
thank you for joy,
thank you for rest,
thank you for time,
thank you for darkness,
thank you for community,
thank you for the truth.
